1. The service

NumDirect provides browser-based tools that can help you open a WhatsApp chat without first saving a phone number, prepare messages, create shareable NumDirect links and QR codes, manage local templates/favourites/recent numbers, and use selected device or third-party communication actions.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use NumDirect only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any phone number, message, shared link or communication method is authorized and lawful.

You must not use NumDirect to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, spam, stalk, abuse or unlawfully contact another person, or to facilitate conduct that violates applicable law or the rules of a third-party service.

3. Third-party services

NumDirect may open WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, SMS or phone-call functionality. These services are operated by third parties. Their availability, features, account requirements, fees, privacy practices and terms are outside NumDirect's control. You are responsible for complying with the applicable third-party terms.

NumDirect is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.

4. No message transmission by NumDirect

Except for the local/browser actions explicitly described by the site, NumDirect does not act as your messaging provider. When you open a WhatsApp conversation or another communication service, the third-party service controls the actual transmission, delivery and storage of the communication.

5. User content and responsibility

You are solely responsible for phone numbers, messages, templates, shared links, QR codes and other content you enter, create, transmit or distribute using NumDirect. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

6. Shared links and QR codes

NumDirect shared links and QR codes are designed to make a communication destination easier to open. Anyone who obtains a shared link or scans a QR code may be able to access the destination encoded in it. Do not create or distribute a shared link or QR code for a number or message that you do not want others to access.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, third-party integrations or parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that NumDirect will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every browser, device or third-party service.

8. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NumDirect is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded. This includes, where legally permitted, warranties concerning availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NumDirect and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of business, loss of communications, or damages arising from the use or inability to use NumDirect or a third-party service opened through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of NumDirect, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

11. Intellectual property

NumDirect's website design, branding, original text, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to the NumDirect operator unless otherwise stated. You may use the service for its intended purpose but may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell or exploit protected portions of the service except as permitted by law or with permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of NumDirect is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains browser storage, technical data, third-party services and potential advertising technologies.

13. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable to the NumDirect operator, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction. Before publishing, the operator should have local legal counsel confirm the appropriate governing law, jurisdiction and business details.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
